Husband and Wife Hit Head-On by Semi Tractor-Trailer
A husband and wife on vacation were stopped behind a left-turning vehicle when a truck driver
failed to see them stop and struck them in the rear. Both husband and wife sustained fractures to
their legs and arms with surgical implantation of hardware. A settlement was reached before
trial of $725,000.
