Adults – Responsibility for Restraints on Children

Today, at 4:30 p.m. an accident happened in KCK near I-435 and I-70. Two cars swiped each other causing one of the vehicles to roll, ejecting all four of its passengers, two of which were children.

The responsibility of the parents involved is clear – they were negligible in helping protect their children in a moving vehicle.
